Returns and Refunds

HerbHouse welcomes and respects every single one of it's visitors. And we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund you within the first 7 days from the day on which you receive your goods. Products must not be opened or used in any manner and must be returned to HerbHouse with a provided return shipping label.

If, for any reason, you decide you are not completely satisfied with a purchase after 7 days of receiving your order we are happy to offer you store credit to use on other HerbHouse products. Products must not be opened or used in any manner and must be returned to HerbHouse with a provided return shipping label.

Please be advised that after 30 days, we do not accept returns or offer refunds of any kind. The supply of goods, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned after a time frame for health protection, hygiene reasons and/or expiry dates. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other household items, jeopardize certain health laws and regulations we stand by and therefore cannot accept returns after a 30 day period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

*Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

*Please also be advised HerbHouse will not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using the insured and traceable return label we provide you with upon request. We will be unable to issue a full refund without actual receipt of goods or proof of received return delivery.

It is our number one priority to satisfy our visitors at HerbHouse and we will do whatever we need to do to make sure that happens!
